These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any CAD drafting services provided by Elisavet Diamanti CAD Drafting Services.

1. Scope
By accessing this website or submitting project information, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Services
Services may include CAD drafting, floor plans, technical drawings, revisions, and related consultation. The exact scope, pricing, and timeline are agreed per project.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project data, dimensions, references, and requirements.
- Ensure you have rights to all files, plans, and materials you submit.
- Review deliverables in a timely manner and provide clear feedback.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is provided by quotation unless otherwise stated. Work may begin only after agreement on scope and payment terms. Late payments may delay delivery.
5. Revisions
Included revision rounds are defined in the project quote or agreement. Additional changes outside agreed scope may require extra fees and updated timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights transfer according to the agreed project terms after full payment. Previews, drafts, and non-final files remain protected.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided with professional care, but no guarantee is made for approvals, permits, or outcomes controlled by third parties. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate collaboration for material breach or by mutual agreement. Work completed up to termination remains payable unless otherwise agreed.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Cyprus.
